Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within the company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s products or services. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and prospect new customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
  1. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to potential clients in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Tailor sales presentations to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Address customer questions, objections, and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
  1. Negotiation & Closing Sales:
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details with clients to close sales.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses and leverage this knowledge to position the company’s products more effectively.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify new opportunities and enhance service delivery.
  1. Sales Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing progress, forecasts, and pipeline development.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
  1. Customer Service & Relationship Management:
  • Provide after-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns that arise post-purchase.
  • Work closely with the customer service and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  1. Collaboration with Team:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Work with the product development and support teams to stay informed about new products or features.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for sales strategies and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience:
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed targets.
