What You’ll Do
As part of our Bancassurance team, you will:
- Provide financial protection and wealth solutions to bank clients based on their needs
- Drive new business, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities within the bank’s customer base
- Build strong partnerships with branch managers, relationship officers, and bank staff to generate leads
- Deliver a consultative selling experience, not just transactional sales
- Maintain long-term relationships through after-sales servicing and client retention
- Act as a bridge between clients and back-office teams for policy servicing and claims
- Monitor performance and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
- High earning potential (competitive salary + incentives)
- Warm leads from bank clients—no cold selling
- Strong career growth in insurance, banking, and financial advisory
- Structured training aligned with global insurance best practices (customer needs analysis, ethical selling, financial planning)
- Exposure to both banking and insurance ecosystems
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients
- Comfortable working in a branch-based, client-facing environment
