Site Lead

The ESL Site Lead is responsible for managing the daily operations of an ESL teaching site, ensuring smooth delivery of academic services, team performance, site compliance, and alignment with the company's goals. The Site Lead acts as the primary point of contact for staff, escalations, and interdepartmental coordination at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ESL teaching center/site.
• Lead and supervise teams of ESL teachers, team leaders, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with teaching quality standards, operational protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor site KPIs including student satisfaction, class attendance, teacher performance, and retention.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, IT, Facilities, and other departments to support site operations.
• Conduct regular meetings, coaching, and performance reviews with team leaders and teaching staff.
• Handle escalations from students, teachers, or clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Lead implementation of new programs, campaigns, or system rollouts at the site level.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and teaching tools.
• Prepare and submit site performance reports and action plans to higher management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting engagement and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the ESL industry, with 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent command of the English language—both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies and quality assurance practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with ESL platforms/tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
