What You’ll Do

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing our social media strategy while leveraging your design skills to create visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Content Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation:

  • Design captivating graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
  • Ensure all visual assets maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate key messages.
  • Use graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to produce high-quality visuals.

Community Engagement and Customer Interaction:

  • Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and nurture positive relationships with the community.

Social Media Advertising and Performance Analysis:

  • Plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies for improved ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and maintain brand integrity.
  • Provide design expertise and support for various marketing initiatives, including print materials, email campaigns, etc.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and graphic design.
What We’d Like You To Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Arts, or any related field.
  • Passionate about marketing. Experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools. (Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads)
  • Possess strong skills in creating engaging content.
  • Updated with both the social media trends and IT trends.
  • Able to manage multiple social media platforms and innovate social media strategies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
