DESCRIPTION

As a Digital Marketing Specialist who will focus on Email Marketing campaigns, you’ll play a key role in executing email marketing strategies for a portfolio of 15–20 growing clients. You'll work closely with each client’s assigned Marketing Strategist to fulfill campaign objectives, optimize performance, and align with business goals.

You'll also collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketing professionals—experts in paid media, content, design, social, and more—assigned to each client by service line to ensure a cohesive and results-driven approach. In addition to campaign execution, you’ll help manage content schedules and performance reporting.

Your clients will be diversified and represent many consumer and business industries. The firm executes broadly online, so it's best if you are an early adopter of online trends and best practices and know-how to translate, articulate, and communicate to clients.

While we are an interdependent culture, you'll also be expected to move fast with little supervision. But you'll always have teamwork. We won't expect you to "have the answer" each and every time. We will rely on you to execute the right processes to get the best answers and resources.

We absolutely practice the proven fact that "three people make a genius.”

Our culture is strongly collaborative and kind. The successful candidate must contribute to the culture and meet these criteria.
