Job description: – AXA Philippines Financial Advisor
- Primary Role: Guide clients in building financial security through customized financial planning and insurance solutions.
- Employer: AXA Philippines, a joint venture between AXA Group (Paris-based) and Metrobank Group, serving over 1.5 million Filipinos.
- Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, commission-based with performance incentives.
- Client Engagement
- Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand financial goals.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and financial guidance.
- Financial Planning
- Assess clients’ current financial situations.
- Develop tailored strategies for retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and wealth management.
- Insurance & Investment Solutions
- Offer AXA’s life and general insurance products (savings, investments, health coverage, income protection).
- Recommend policies and investment options aligned with client needs.
- Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and acquire new clients.
- Achieve sales targets to qualify for commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
- Ongoing Support
- Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals and claims assistance.
- Monitor clients’ financial progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Commission-based income:
- With 1-2 Years Sales Experience
