Account Manager - Contact Center and Unified Communications

About the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value enterprise clients
- Create and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Engineering and Sales Engineering
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts
- Provide strategic guidance and consultative solutions to address client challenges
- Deliver significant annual revenue targets
Your Ideal Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in Unified Communications or related technologies
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven capability in successfully managing enterprise-level client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Advanced problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent presentation
