Recruiter/welfare officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter/Welfare with prior experience in manpower/recruitment agency, specializing in overseas placement, particularly in Middle East countries network, deep understanding of GCC DH market, and hands-on experience in deploying OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Middle East clients, from sourcing to deployment, ensuring compliance with POEA regulations and GCC labor laws.
• Source candidates via Philippine-based channels (job fairs, social media, referrals, local partnerships)
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for roles DH
• Coordinate with Middle East employers and local Philippine recruitment agencies for smooth documentation (OWWA, POLO, visa processing).
• Advise candidates on contract terms, salary benchmarks, and cultural adaptation for Middle East placements.
• Maintain a database of pre-screened candidates for quick mobilization.
• Ensure adherence to anti-illegal recruitment policies and ethical hiring practices.
• Handle client management, including negotiations with employers and manpower agencies in GCC.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Philippine manpower agency specializing in Middle East recruitment.
• Proven track record of deploying OFWs to GCC countries (UAE, Qatar & kuwait preferred).
• Strong knowledge of POEA processes, OEC, and overseas employment contracts.
• Familiarity with GCC labor laws, WPS (Wage Protection System), and employer requirements.
• Excellent negotiation skills for placement fees, salaries, and benefits.
• Proficient in social media recruitment (Facebook groups, Job Street, Work abroad).
• Fluent in English and Tagalog (Arabic is a plus but not required).

Preferred Experience:

• Background in high-volume recruitment of domestic workers
• Existing relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Knowledge of e-recruitment tools (ATS, video interviewing platforms).
