Job Description
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll be the first point of contact for licensed insurance agents who are actively seeking new opportunities! You’ll work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in joining the company through social media campaigns.This isn’t cold calling - these are motivated professionals who want to hear from you. You’ll guide them through the initial stages of the recruitment process, answer their questions about this exciting opportunity, and help connect them with the hiring team.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to licensed insurance agents who have submitted their information through social media ads
- Conduct initial qualification conversations using provided scripts and talking points
- Answer common questions about commission structure, contracts, and training programs
- Schedule appointments between qualified candidates and the hiring manager
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system
- Transfer complex inquiries to the hiring manager when needed
- Follow up with prospects to ensure smooth progression through the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Experienced recruiter with proven track record in recruitment activities
- Excellent English communication skills for speaking with US-based prospects
- Professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer software
Scope:
- Handle approximately 4,000 leads generated through social media advertising campaigns
- Focus exclusively on recruitment activities initially, with potential for expanded responsibilities
- Work with pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in the opportunity
- Operate within established processes and scripts provided by the client
