Perform incoming inspection on received raw materials based on Procedure, Work Instruction and Guidelines.
Check Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Conformance and Inspection Report from supplier of raw materials.
Prepare incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) Inspection Report, Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) Material Confirmation Report.
Provide identification of inspection status on inspected raw materials.
Update daily inspection data to be posted on the President's Bulletin Board.
Prepare Rejection Notice for the rejected raw materials.
Perform trial run inspection on sample.
Prepare In-Process Inspection Report.
Prepare Rejection Notice.
Perform re-inspection of reworked items during outgoing inspection.
Check Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Conformance and Inspection Report from supplier of raw materials.

Provide identification of inspection status on inspected finished products.Perform re-inspection of reworked items during outgoing inspection.
Perform other duties related to QA as deemed necessary by the Management.
