We are hiring for awesome Technical and Customer Service Support for our #iopexhappy@work team.

No experience required:

  • Customer Service Specialist

With 6 months - 1 year of BPO experience:

  • Technical Support Specialist
  • Helpdesk Technical Specialist
  • ServiceDesk Specialist

With at least 1 year of scheduling/service dispatch experience:

  • Technical Technician Scheduling Service Dispatch
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling technical enquiries and support requests via telephone
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers using our card payment hardware and services
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and incidents within the ticketing system, ensuring processes are followed
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues using support tools and knowledge articles
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer incidents; escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 Support when required
  • Take ownership of incidents and service requests through to resolution
  • Manage workload effectively while ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
  • Deliver a high‑quality customer experience at all times

What we are looking for:

  • At least a Senior High School or High school old curriculum graduates
  • Must have good to excellent english written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be willing to work onsite on a pre-dominantly night/shifting in BGC, Taguig
