What You'll Do:

• Serve customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
• Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording and updating information.
• Clarify complaints, determine the root cause, and provide timely solutions.
• Use clear, jargon-free communication to ensure customer understanding.
• Ask the right questions to fully understand the customer’s concerns.
• Build cooperative and trust-based relationships with customers.
• Take ownership of the call and ensure follow-through for full resolution.
• Set and manage realistic expectations for problem resolution timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least a High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience (voice account preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must reside in Cebu City or nearby areas.
• Willing to work onsite with a shifting schedule at Cebu Business Park.
• Can start immediately (Start date: July 29).
