Job Description:
We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our Real Estate team as Sales Representatives. The role involves promoting property listings, assisting clients, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and market residential and commercial properties
- Handle client inquiries via calls, messages, and onsite meetings
- Conduct property presentations and site viewing
- Assist clients from inquiry to reservation and turnover process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong sales interest are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused and goal-oriented
- Willing to do fieldwork, site trippings, and client meetings
