Human Resources Officer (CAN START ASAP)

Position Summary

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, employee engagement, benefits administration, and HR systems. This role works closely with Philippines-based employees and contractors to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

• Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Improve HR processes through system enhancements and automation.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
• Promote participation in engagement programs and gather employee feedback.
• Administer employee benefits, including HMO, insurance, and retirement plans.
• Support talent management initiatives such as performance management, training, and succession planning.
• Oversee onboarding, probationary reviews, and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations concerns in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping records and coordinate with Payroll for timely payroll processing.
• Maintain HR records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience using and managing HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work day, mid, or night shifts as needed.
• Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
