Audit & Tax Associates

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any other related business course with at least one (1) year relevant experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledgeable of the general accounting standards, tax laws, rules, and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Willing to work extended hours if needed

Job Descriptions

• Apply relevant theory, standards, and principles of accounting and auditing to various client situations.
• Participate directly in the performance and documentation of audit procedures and preparation of relevant workpapers under the supervision of Audit Senior
• Develops a thorough understanding and appropriate use of auditing techniques to ensure that engagement objectives are met, reports are valid, accurate, and complete.
• Reviews competent evidential matter to substantiate the fairness of client’s financial statements; prepares schedules, summaries and reports based on findings.
• Assists on special assignments.

• Apply relevant theory, standards, and principles of accounting to various client situations.
• Apply relevant tax laws, rules, and regulations to various client situations
• Prepare applicable tax returns and record business transactions of different clients in their registered books of accounts under the supervision of the Tax and Accounting Senior
• Evaluate and review relevant source documents provided by clients to substantiate the basis in the preparation of tax returns and recording the clients’ registered books of accounts
• Plans and organizes activities to make use of time, as coordinated with the Tax and Accounting Senior.
