Alveo Land Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Alabang, Laguna, Cavite and Batangas. This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in driving the success of our thriving residential sales division.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base
• Analyse market trends and customer data to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
• Monitor and report on key sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement

• Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the real estate or property industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Familiarity with the local real estate market and regulations
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, marketing or real estate
