US Mortgage Documentation Associate (25k Sign-On Bonus) - Manila

About the role:

We're looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the US Mortgage Origination process by reviewing borrower documents, validating financial information, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify borrower documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure all documentation complies with US mortgage guidelines and regulations.
• Work closely with loan processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to resolve documentation gaps.
• Track, organize, and maintain loan files to support timely loan approvals.
• Provide clear updates to internal teams to ensure smooth loan origination and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Preferably college graduates, but undergrads are welcome to apply if they have proven experience in US Mortgage.
• At least 2 years of experience handling US Mortgage accounts in a BPO/outsourcing or related setting
• Preferably with prior Originations Processing experience (Purchase Processing and/or Refinance Processing)
• Candidates with experience as Mortgage Associates, Processors, or Customer Service Representatives in any US mortgage area (Originations, Servicing, Default, etc.) are also encouraged to apply, especially those with strong phone/customer interaction experience
