What You'll Own:
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar tailored to each platform
- Create campaigns to drive app downloads, vendor signups, and community engagement
- Utilize analytics to adjust strategies and optimize performance
- Content Creation & Management
- Write engaging captions with strong CTAs
- Collaborate with our production team to repurpose various content types
- Curate and post daily short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, and Stories
- Community Growth & Engagement
- Interact with followers and engage with influencers, vendors, and homeowners
- Identify and collaborate with strategic content partners in the industry
- Brand Voice & Consistency
- Maintain a premium, trustworthy, and upbeat tone in all content
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Understands the nuances of various social media platforms
- Can create engaging and authentic content that resonates with audiences
- Has a background in home services, real estate, or local business marketing (bonus)
Tools You Should Know:
- Canva / Adobe Express
- Later, Hootsuite, or similar schedulers
- Instagram Reels/TikTok editors
- Google Drive / Trello / Slack
- Analytics dashboards (Meta, YouTube Studio, etc.)
