Social Media Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will develop and manage creative strategies to build our audience, increase engagement, and strengthen brand visibility.
You will manage a range of accounts, including AI-driven creator profiles, and collaborate with internal teams to align content with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute strategic, data-based social media campaignsWrite and publish content tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)Respond to messages, comments, and trends in a timely and professional mannerMonitor performance data and adjust strategies to improve resultsStay updated on trends, features, and tools across all platformsManage over 20 social media accounts and maintain consistent brand messagingSchedule and manage story-based grid content on InstagramWork with internal teams to produce AI-generated visuals using in-house toolsOversee the performance of AI-driven creator pages on all social channels

Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media accounts with strong results in growth and engagementKnowledge of content strategies and best practices across different platformsExcellent writing skills and strong attention to visual detailInterest in digital storytelling and emerging technologiesSkilled in analyzing data and using insights to improve content strategyHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects/accounts at onceExperience with content scheduling tools or CMS platforms is a plus

Salary & Schedule

Rate: $3.50 to $5.00 per hourCommission: Eligible for additional commission based on performanceShifts: 8 or 12 hours per day, 5 days per weekTime Zone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)Days Off: 2 days off per week
