Job Description

A Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while managing front desk operations. They handle bookings, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
  • Manage appointment scheduling (in-person, phone, or online)
  • Answer calls and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availability
  • Process payments (cash, card, or digital transactions)
  • Maintain client records and appointment logs
  • Promote spa services, packages, and products
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and calming
  • Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure timely service
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory of front desk supplies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa/salon setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills (booking systems, MS Office, or POS systems)
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Knowledge of spa services and wellness treatments is an advantage
  • Honest and with unquestionable integrity
  • Willing to accept additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Willing to travel and be assigned to Manila (Free accommodation and fare)

  • Sales skills for upselling services and products
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays)
  • Familiarity with spa management software
