About the Opportunity

They are looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will lead brand strategy, customer engagement, and commercial growth while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy
  • Develop and execute annual and long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build brand positioning and competitive advantage within the retail fashion industry.
  • Manage brand planning calendars and campaign execution.
Business Growth
  • Drive sales, profitability, and budget performance.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and merchandising performance.
  • Recommend pricing, product assortment, and promotional strategies.
Marketing & Brand Communications
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, PR, and advertising initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across online and offline customer touchpoints.
Cross-functional Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Design, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate brand initiatives across multiple departments.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports on sell-through, inventory movement, campaign effectiveness, and category performance.
Brand Expansion
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion.
  • Recommend strategies for new stores, territories, and customer segments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's Degree is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of Brand Management experience
  • Experience within:
