Luxury Retail Sales Associate – Jewelry | NAIA Terminal 3

About the Role

We are looking for a polished, customer-focused, and sales-driven Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join a premium jewelry retail store located at NAIA Terminal 3.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail, sales, hospitality, beauty, fashion, airline, or customer service who enjoys engaging with local and international customers in a high-end retail environment.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, presenting premium jewelry collections, supporting daily store operations, and helping achieve sales targets while representing the brand with professionalism and confidence.

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional, and customer-focused manner
• Present and explain premium jewelry collections, product features, and selling points
• Provide excellent service to both local and international customers
• Assist with sales transactions, customer inquiries, and after-sales support
• Maintain proper product display, store cleanliness, and overall store presentation
• Support inventory monitoring and daily retail operations
• Help achieve store sales targets through strong customer engagement and product knowledge
• Consistently follow service, grooming, uniform, and luxury retail presentation standards

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, beauty, fashion, airline, or other customer-facing roles
• Experience in luxury retail, airport retail, jewelry, fashion, beauty, or premium products is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
• Sales-driven, service-focused, and comfortable engaging with different types of customers
• Able to assist local and international customers professionally
• Must have basic conversational English skills to communicate effectively with international customers
• Willing to be assigned at NAIA Terminal 3
• Able to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Able to comply with luxury brand grooming, uniform, and presentation standards, including no visible tattoos while on duty
• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
