The Qualifications We Seek
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Australian home loan processing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of Australian lender policies and credit requirements
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and documentation
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders (lenders, solicitors, clients)
  • Tech-savvy with solid knowledge of banking platforms and CRM systems
  • Beneficial to have experience in Salestrekker

Your Daily Tasks
  • Enter data for new clients and update existing client records
  • Index and organize supporting documents; identify and follow up on any documentation gaps
  • Request pricing discounts from lenders, order valuations, and organize property reports
  • Assist in the preparation, assessment, and submission of home loan applications on Broker CRM and ApplyOnline
  • Prepare complete loan packaging, including documents such as the Statement of Advice, NCCP documents, and application forms
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders to finalize loan applications
  • Speak with assessors when required to manage and resolve any exceptions
  • Call lenders to follow up on application progress and provide updates
  • Contact lenders before settlement to confirm authorities and readiness
  • Prepare post-settlement summaries for clients
  • Manage and prepare discharge requests for settlements
  • Monitor all active applications daily and report on progress
  • Handle loan maintenance tasks for existing clients
