We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support internal marketing, communications, and promotional efforts within the hospital. This role involves assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing materials, internal campaigns, staff engagement activities, and content development to strengthen the hospital’s brand and employee communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications, announcements, and bulletins
2. Coordinate internal events and hospital campaigns (e.g., health awareness, staff recognition, holiday activities)
3. Support the design and layout of posters, newsletters, and digital content
4. Maintain bulletin boards, digital displays, and other internal marketing platforms
5. Assist in documentation and photography for events and hospital milestones
6. Provide administrative and creative support to the Marketing and Corporate Communications team

Qualifications/Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience in marketing, office support, or event coordination (experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
5. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist various departments
