What You’ll Do- Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning process
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Manage and review variance analysis, identifying key drivers and improvement opportunities
- Develop and oversee financial models for strategic initiatives, pricing, and investment decisions
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and financial impact
- Prepare and present monthly reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to support profitability and efficiency goals
- Support strategic planning, cost optimization, and business expansion initiatives
- Supervise and mentor FP&A team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and growth
- Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, reporting processes, and data accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 5–7 years of FP&A or finance experience, with 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role
- Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and modeling
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
