Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts financial analysis, develop forecasts, and create financial models to help with business planning and budgeting processes.
- Tracks budget performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Supports with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Conducts revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, and capital expenditure planning.
- Leads the periodic evaluation of the organization's risk-based assessment.
- Conducts ad hoc analyses on projects and product profitability to aid management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and planning.
