Position Title: DEPUTY SECTION CHIEF OF WAREHOUSE IN-CHARGE

Job Description:

Assist the Section Chief in supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching of materials and products.
Monitor warehouse staff activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate and prepare shipments, deliveries, and order fulfillment according to schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of materials inside the warehouse.
Oversee cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of warehouse facilities and equipment.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate with other departments regarding warehouse concerns.
Train and guide warehouse personnel on standard operating procedures and safety practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

At least 10-15 years of related experience
Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
Must be proficient in Mandarin
