Accounting Specialist (Client-Facing)

Role and responsibilities:

• Prepare and send accurate invoices.
• Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on payments.
• Reconcile accounts and check for discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and reports.
• Coordinate with teams on billing and collections.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy or similar degree programs.
• Non-accounting graduates must have relevant experience.
• Experience in billing, or accounts receivable is an advantage.
• Experience in invoicing, billing, or financial reporting is a plus.
• Strong English (written and verbal) communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Willing to work on-site and on a full-time schedule.
• Open to training and able to start immediately.
