Accounting Compliance Specialist
Location: Cebu City

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong expertise in regulatory compliance, taxation, and statutory reporting? Join our team and play a critical role in ensuring full compliance with financial and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with government statutory requirements including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
Prepare, review, and file tax returns (VAT, EWT, FWT, Income Tax, etc.) accurately and on time
Monitor and manage tax compliance deadlines to avoid penalties and ensure 100% compliance
Handle BIR audits, assessments, and correspondence, including reconciliation of tax findings
Ensure accuracy of financial records aligned with regulatory standards and accounting principles
Maintain and update compliance schedules, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for compliance-related matters
Identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements and internal controls
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
CPA is an advantage but not required
At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting compliance, taxation, or audit
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and statutory requirements
Experience in handling BIR processes, filings, and audits
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines
