- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in accounting software/SAP system.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may apply.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements of account.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Record and reconcile customer payments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and collection updates.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
- Prepare reports on lacking and backload, price adjustments, and cash advances.
- Perform other accounts receivable and finance-related duties as assigned.
