Accounts Receivable Specialist
About the Role
Connectified is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing Finance Operations team supporting one of Australia's leading electronic solutions providers.
In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, collections, reconciliations, and payment negotiations while collaborating closely with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts and outstanding receivables
- Perform collections and follow up overdue accounts
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Negotiate payment arrangements
- Prepare and monitor aging reports
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams
- Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections
- Experience supporting Australian and/or New Zealand accounts is highly regarded.
