Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To manage business growth and overall customer and stakeholder relationship, as well as identify new business opportunities in the assigned area/territory.
  • Identifies and develops sales and service opportunities by evaluating and analyzing customer demand profile.
  • Conducts analysis on the KPIs and develops strategies to ensure attainment of yearly targets and monthly forecasts on volume, revenue, and collection assigned accounts in the area/territory.
  • Develops and maintains positive customer relations in assigned territory through analysis of service level trends and implementation of service improvement programs.
  • Recommends and implements changes and/or programs to manage and improve the profitability of the assigned area/territory.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) to develop a pro-active stakeholder management plan.
  • Initiates programs and mechanisms to promote stakeholder engagement on company programs and activities,
  • Recommends new business opportunities within the assigned area/territory.
  • Participates and supports proposed, ongoing and future new growth projects within the territory.
  • Facilitates and expands new contacts that will open doors for new business opportunities outside the territory.
  • Traveling throughout an assigned territory to saturate the market.
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
  • Attending trade shows to promote company products and services.
  • Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing or any related courses.
  • Proven experience working as a Territory Sales Supervisor specializing construction materials or interior fit-out, Modular kitchens, furniture, or any related industry.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Wide networks in the Calabarzon area.
