About the Role

As a Sales Coach in Manila, you will play a critical role in developing and empowering our front-line sales teams. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in fast-paced environments, enjoys coaching, and recognizes the value of data-driven mentoring.

You will be responsible for providing real-time coaching and mentoring, delivering engaging training sessions, and offering timely feedback to ensure success and maximize agent performance across key performance indicators (KPIs).

What you will need to do as a sales coach in Fusion CX Manila:

  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales agents to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Facilitate impactful, engaging training sessions both in classrooms and live environments
  • Identify performance gaps and create targeted coaching plans
  • Monitor live and recorded calls to provide immediate, constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with Managers to align training with goals and campaign objectives
  • Analyze performance data to drive decision-making and customize learning interventions
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of sales scripts, playbooks, and training materials

Job Requirements – Sales Coach

What we are looking for is the role of sales coach in Manila:

  • More than 3 years of experience in Sales Coaching or Sales Training.
  • Proven background in sales and training.
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and motivational skills
  • Ability to adapt coaching strategies for all rep levels – from new hires to top performers
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and applying coaching frameworks
  • Experience with CRM platforms, QA tools, and call center technologies
