Sales Marketing Manager – Audio & Video Trade (White Line & Brown Line) - PHILIPS AUDIO/ VIDEO &AIRCON

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives across the Audio & Video Trade, focusing on PHILIPS, SUMMIT Refrigerators, and Air Conditioners under the White Line and Brown Line categories.

This role demands an individual with a strong track record in sales and marketing within the appliance or consumer electronics industry, preferably from a competitor brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national sales and marketing strategy across key product lines (Audio/Video, Refrigeration, Aircon), ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
  • Oversee the Key Account Management team, providing guidance and support to drive dealer engagement and improve in-store execution across national and regional accounts.
  • Build and strengthen high-level partnerships with major appliance dealers and distribution networks to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement market penetration strategies, including promotions, brand activations, pricing controls, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance trends, and propose corrective actions to optimize sell-through and market share.
  • Train and mentor sales teams, ensuring high-performance standards, professional development, and alignment with company values.
  • Conduct regular field visits and market intelligence gathering to assess dealer health, monitor competitor activities, and capture customer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of solid experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the appliance, audio-video, or consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing large accounts or dealer networks.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of trade marketing, product channeling, pricing strategy, and retail dynamics.
  • Results-driven, with a history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other sales tools.
  • Willing to travel regularly for market visits and business meetings
