SALES SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Goal-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations within the assigned area or team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to improve individual and team results.
• Resolve team conflicts and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Address client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reviews.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Monitor territory coverage, sales distribution, and project assignments.
• Ethics and Integrity Training for Sales Staff.
• Keep a high level of knowledge about products and services.
