Location: Remote (Permanent Work From Home Position)

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
• Verify and maintain accurate provider information in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and government agencies to complete credentialing applications and enrollment forms.
• Conduct thorough credentialing and background checks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and healthcare providers to resolve credentialing issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credentialing guidelines, payer requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with credentialing software systems and databases (e.g., CAQH, NPPES, PECOS) is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards.
