The Role No sales experience? No problem. We are an aggressive, high-growth startup operating out of Cebu IT Park, and we are looking for incredibly confident, fluent English speakers to join our powerhouse outbound team.
This isn't a dead-end customer service job. You will be representing a massive North Carolina-based flooring wholesaler, speaking directly with American business owners and contractors. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hit the Phones: Make high-volume outbound calls from our vibrant IT Park office to a warm database of contractors and builders.
- Learn the Art of Sales: You’ll be trained to have fluid, natural conversations—no robotic script reading. You'll learn how to uncover their needs and build instant credibility.
- Drive Real Results: Your goal is to spark interest, get contractors to review our aggressive pricing, and request physical flooring samples.
