Location: Cebu City
Work Avenue and Business Solutions Inc. is hiring for an Entry-Level Data Encoder to join our Cebu-based BPO team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience who are looking to start a career in a professional office environment.
You will be responsible for encoding, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems while meeting daily productivity and quality standards. Attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level welcome)
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic computer skills (typing, MS Office or similar tools)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Able to work onsite in Cebu on a shifting schedule
