The Opportunity

This role gives you the opportunity to help shape and deliver marketing and communications initiatives that bring a mental health support cause to life. You’ll partner closely with teams across the business to plan and deliver tailored campaigns that clearly communicate value to both internal and external audiences.

You’ll manage initiatives end‑to‑end, balancing timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations, ensuring everything delivered aligns with organizational values and culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and deliver the company’s marketing and communications plan, from strategy through to execution and evaluation.
  • Create engaging, on‑brand campaigns and communications that clearly articulate value to members and internal audiences.
  • Lead member communications end‑to‑end, managing briefs, planning, delivery and performance reporting.
  • Ensure quality, consistency and governance across all initiatives by applying brand standards and approval processes.
  • Use data and insights to track impact, reporting on campaign performance, ROI, risks and digital metrics.
  • Contribute and curate relevant content for website and social media channels to keep communications fresh and member‑focused.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, providing strategic advice and driving continuous improvement.
Key Criteria
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing & Communications, working within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience with B2B marketing or B2G marketing.
  • Excellent English Language communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Previous experience in document design and preparation and excellent graphic design skills.
  • Project management skills would be highly desirable.
  • Technical Multimedia production skills would be highly valued including video, photography, podcasts development, animations and any other related media channels.
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat.

Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (7:00AM – 4:00PM PHT) with hybrid setup 3 times a week onsite from Day 1.
