We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel communication strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for a skilled communicator with a strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing tools, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
  • Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Coordinate product launches, brand awareness initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Brand Management
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Monitor brand perception and recommend improvements to strengthen the organization’s image.
Content Creation
  • Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely content publication.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers.
  • Adapt content for various channels (e.g., email, social media, blogs, landing pages)
Digital & Social Media
  • Lead execution of paid and organic digital campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Utilize SEO and SEM best practices to boost content visibility.
Communications
  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and public relations materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Handle crisis communication and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing media relations and PR campaigns is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand consistency and detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders.
