We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel communication strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for a skilled communicator with a strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing tools, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Coordinate product launches, brand awareness initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Monitor brand perception and recommend improvements to strengthen the organization’s image.
- Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely content publication.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers.
- Adapt content for various channels (e.g., email, social media, blogs, landing pages)
- Lead execution of paid and organic digital campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging across social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Utilize SEO and SEM best practices to boost content visibility.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and public relations materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Organize and manage events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Handle crisis communication and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing media relations and PR campaigns is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand consistency and detail.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders.
