We're looking for Learning & Development Specialist (With 3-5 years experience needed!)

Qualifications and Experience (Minimum and Desirable): -

• Minimum 3-5years’ experience in the learning and development roles;
• Experience of working in Learning and Development is essential.
• Working in international and diverse environments, preferably in an technical environment, e.g. engineering - Related experience in Instructional Design, Module Development and Training Delivery;
• Must have a strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Budget planning and financial management skills and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborates effectively with others across functions with excellent stakeholder management
• Must have the ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives and put forward recommendations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams as well as experience with Learning Management Systems
• Proactive, self-starter and stays flexible for when priorities quickly change.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently on global networked computers using current software applications
• Strong team worker, with enthusiastic, can
• do approach, with ability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
• Excellent time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team
• Flexible to travel

• Familiarity with various types of industry learning and development theories, policies, and framework. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Must have the ability to build strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business and seek out diverse, innovative learning solutions
