We are looking for a Software Quality Analyst to join our Education Technology QA team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of world-class educational websites and platforms—including Cambridge Go and Cambridge Elevate—used by primary and secondary students across the globe.This role will play a key part in ensuring exceptional digital learning experiences that meet the highest standards of quality, accessibility, and performance.

What will you do as a Software Quality Analyst?
As a Software Quality Analyst, your tasks will primarily be to test plans, data, procedures, and manual and/or automated scripts. With close supervision from your team lead and senior analysts, you will also participate in reviews of business requirements and application designs and support proper test coverage exists.
Your role will also involve working with various stakeholders, including developers, business product owners and project managers, and scrum masters to help develop the overall test plan of a given project.
Working under the supervision of a senior quality analyst, team lead or manager, you will:
- Adapt to new testing software the company uses.
- Adhere to the methodologies (i.e. Agile - Scrum), test approach/strategy and tools used within the Education group
- Create test data for the different type/s of testing to be performed.
- Work collaboratively and amicably with the team in Manila, UK and Australia.
What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
You will be ideal for this role if you meet one of the following:
- Hold a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
- Have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing
Additionally, we are looking for someone who:
- Has developed a principal specialism in either manual or automated testing
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clearly communicate testing results
Candidates with any of the following will have an advantage:
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or similar
- Experience using test design tools to effectively structure and manage test cases
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
