- 6 months to 1.5 years experience

Your Daily Tasks
Accountabilities:
- Familiarity with departmental client directives.
- Maintaining and remediating procedural compliance.
- Interpreting call results and identifying opportunities.
- Provide feedback of findings to leaders for coaching to the team.
- Meet all call listening/browse deadlines.
- Complete monitors on agents.
