Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns through phone, email, and chat support.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about services, processes, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate teams
• Meet performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Participate in paid training covering systems, processes, and customer service best practices
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving and attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
