Sales Specialist Job Description:

• Clients Sourcing, ex. MEPZ Listings, DTI listings, JCCI, etc, gather sales tool and strategize according

• Set and follow-up appointments and visit potential or new customers especially for Ocean Export

• Attend or assist walk in customers/clients/guests/inquiries as well as client calls/ requests in the absence

• Disseminates performance evaluation form to assigned accounts.
• Attend sales and /or customer service social functions, airlines/shipping lines visits, if so required.
• Assist or attend to global/local/country biddings such as CMI/PTY
• Make/update and do regular follow up of submitted quotation/s
• In–charge of receiving customer complaints or Customers comments from CSS, filling-up NCAR (if needed)

• Able to lead to make sure compliance:
• in compliance set by NX such as cutting unnecessary expenses etc.
• in maintaining and updating department’s filing system: Customers

• in assisting Operations Team making sure all Shipping Instructions are

• in answering incoming calls and forward calls to respective PIC of each

• in taking down Minutes of Sales meeting & give a copy to superiors and GM.
• in scheduling or monitoring the use of the assigned vehicle for Sales and

• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superiors or management.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course, with basic knowledge of Customs regulations and PEZA procedures
• Prior experience in a forwarding or logistics company is an advantage
• With at least one (1) year of experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proficient in both written and oral English
• Knowledgeable in Windows applications
• (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge and exposure to ISO 9001:2015 and 5S System is an advantage
• Team player, excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
• Flexible, result-oriented, and customer-focused
