The IT Specialist is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of custom reports, in-house applications, automation solutions, and dashboards. The role provides technical support for business systems, assists with IT-related concerns, and develops process improvements using Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance custom reports using BI Publisher and Crystal Reports.
- Provide first-level support for in-house systems and other business applications.
- Assist users with IT-related concerns, including BeatRoute support, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Design, develop, and maintain system automation, electronic forms, and dashboards using Microsoft applications and tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process automation and reporting solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT programming, application support, or report development. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and VB.NET.
- Experience or familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage.
