Finance manager

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the financial health of the Branch Office by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and compliance.
• Overseeing the financial resources are efficiently allocated to support construction projects while adhering to Philippine tax laws, accounting standards, and industry regulations
• Management of monthly results and forecasts and reporting to HQ in Japan.
• Report quarterly results to HQ in Japan
• Make forecast and budget for the next fiscal year,
• Preparation of the budget request to head office every 3rd week of the month including the supporting documents of the request.
• Taxation support both for head office in Japan and Branch Office.
• Cash management (accounts receivable collection, accounts payable payment, cash flow management)
• In charge for the annual audit report of Branch Office to HQ within 30 days after

the fiscal year end.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Five to ten years of experience in finance or accounting
• Proven financial management and leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability
• Can speak Nihongo or Japanese Language at least JLPT 1 or 2 to properly

• Microsoft Office skills in document preparation and data editing
• Experience in reporting to senior management
• Strategic planning and risk management skills
• With excellent knowledge in RNCA software.
