Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Data Analyst / BI Developer to join a high-impact, global project with one of the world's leading IT consulting firms. This role is part of a long-term engagement, with opportunities to make a real difference through data-driven insights in Group Resilience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs; participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, UAT, SIT, demos)
• Conduct requirements gathering, documentation, user testing, and communication
• Support governance processes, risk assessments, and project performance tracking

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and similar tools
• Strong background in data modelling, warehousing, and visualization principles
• Advanced skills in SQL, and preferably Python or R
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools like Clarity, ADO, and PlanView is a plus
