Data Analyst (Looker Studio OR Power BI) - Manila

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable reports and dashboards, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Perform data analysis, data mining, and create optimized SQL queries to provide insights, ad hoc data queries, and timely data extracts.
• Build, standardize, and optimize queries, automate workflows, and maintain job performance and uptime.
• Document and maintain team resources, including tech and operations portals, while ensuring data security in pipelines.
• Act as a primary or L1/L2 analyst for urgent reporting, operational data needs, and escalated support, including outside business hours.
• Support delivery teams with report distribution, data files via secure methods, and identify automation opportunities to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,Power BI,Looker Studio, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
