DEPUTY PLANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Coordinator and adviser between YTPI top management and Japan Head Quarter (Yokohama Rubber Company) in terms of production operations, shipments, and production facilities.
Leads the implementation of TPM and TPS programs of the company by ensuring that the plant operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.
Responsible in making decisions related to safety incidents, quality issues, and major machine breakdowns, as well as providing technical expertise in manufacturing standards.
Monitor and analyze daily production and shipping performance to ensure that targets are met in safety, environmental standards, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development.
Perform activities to ensure SEQDCH targets are always met through:

o Review and approval of Standard Operating Procedures on the document and at the shop floor.

o Review and examine the work instructions issued to improve production conditions

o Monitors actual enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

Completed Tertiary education in any field of Mechanical Engineering
Must be fluent in Nihongo (reading, writing, and speaking technical tire manufacturing terminologies)
At least (10) years experience in tire manufacturing plant.
Ability to work collegially and collaboratively
